We started Co Vision Property Investments, Inc (aka Nicole Buys Houses Colorado)  in 2013 to help struggling homeowners and/or people who don’t have the time, energy, or finances to fix their property in order to get it ready to list on the traditional real estate market. It has been very rewarding to ease homeowner burdens as well as help restore distressed properties.
